Summary
Requirement (Business problem)
The company had delivered numerous IT projects for clients, but lacked a visually engaging, client-facing portfolio. Project documentation was mostly in long text formats or internal reports, making it difficult to present past work to potential customers in a compelling, efficient way.
Issue (User problem)
Despite strong business relationships, the company lacked a clear, visual way to showcase its projects. Dense documentation made it hard for new clients to quickly grasp the value of past work. Without one-pitch representations, first impressions were weaker and the full impact of the projects wasn’t immediately clear.
Design (Solution)
While working as an intern, I took ownership of reviewing all completed project documentation, organizing and refining the content to highlight key takeaways. I designed both digital and print-ready poster templates using visual hierarchy, bold color schemes, and clear layout structure to make each project easily understandable at a glance. Each poster featured structured information, consistent branding, and visual storytelling elements tailored to the company's identity. I also personally coordinated the printing and verified quality and delivery.
End result (Impact/Outcome)
The new portfolio posters transformed how the company presented its work — improving office atmosphere and making project stories accessible to clients and partners. The designs helped sales teams communicate past success more effectively and gave the company a more polished, client-ready image.
