Summary
Requirement (Business problem)
Tourism in Kosovo is growing, but existing travel websites and apps are outdated, fragmented, and fail to provide clear, reliable guidance—especially for international visitors.
Issue (User problem)
Users face broken links, slow load times, poor UI, lack of categorization, and no personalized or multilingual support. This causes confusion, distrust, and decision fatigue during trip planning.
Design (Solution)
We designed Travelous, a mobile app concept built on extensive UX research and competitor analysis. The app includes categorized locations, route planning, multilingual content, user reviews, and personalized features—focused on solving real user pain points.
End result (Impact/Outcome)
This UX case study demonstrates how a thoughtfully designed concept like Travelous can directly address user frustrations in Kosovo’s current digital travel tools. By improving clarity, accessibility, and overall usability, the design offers a more intuitive and trustworthy planning experience—especially for international visitors. While still a concept, Travelous highlights the value of user-centered design in making tourism information more engaging, organized, and accessible through digital channels.
